Advance Digital Photography
If you feel you have the basic concepts of aperture, shutter speed, and ISO down, then this is the workshop for you. Picking up where the back to basic workshop left off, the advanced Digital photography class will build upon the concepts discussed in that workshop while going further into your options and controls.
In this course by college professor Tony Chirinos, students will learn about composition, image sequencing and giving a meaning to their photographs while studying more advanced techniques in their digital cameras. Students will also discuss how to find interesting points of view while taking a photo. Light will also be studied: use of natural light and artificial light. More advanced techniques in your camera will be studied: bracketing exposure, Custom White Balance and improving their focusing technique.
After this first part of the workshop, there will be workshop exercises in Jungle Island with professor Tony Chirinos. You will work on a series of your own choice based on what you have learned during the workshop, then you will come back to class to share, review and critique everyone’s images.
